Tajin & Tequila Grapes

By Nadia Aidi
So easy, so boozy…so good!!

  • Green grapes, washed
  • Tequila blanco, about 2 cups or enough to cover up the grapes
  • Chamoy, I used monk fruit sweetened chilito sirilo
  • Tajin
  • Monk fruit

  • Poke several holes into the grapes for maximum absorption
  • Add the grapes to a container and cover in tequila. Soak for a minimum of 4 hrs and a maximum of 14 (I did both and prefer the 14 hr because they were so boozy)
  • Drain the grapes
  • Add to a bowl and coat in chamoy
  • Freeze for 1-2 hours
  • Coat in tajin and monk fruit
