It’s the perfect appetizer, especially when you need to come up with something quick… these are it 👏 I made these when my friends were coming over and I had ran out of time, and they were obsessed! So they are perfect for a last minute appetizer. So simple yet amazing. They brûlée on the top adds the best texture.
How To Prepare Apples and Brie
🍎 First, wrap the prosciutto around the apples.
🔪 Secondly, slice the brie.
🧀 Completely coat one side of the brie in the cane sugar
🔥 Lastly, top the apple with the brie and brûlée.
Substitutions and Variations
- You can use any fruit of your choice instead of apples, such as apricots or pears.
- You can leave the prosciutto out and it is still delicious.
Chef Nadia’s Tip
You can leave the prosciutto out and it is still amazing! Also using a very hot spoon can brûlée the sugar!

Ingredients
- 4 apples, cut 2 thick round slices and save the rest of the apple to chop for salsa or sliced
- 8 slices of brie, large slices, Saint Angel
- Cane sugar
- 8 slices of prosciutto
Directions
- First, wrap the prosciutto around the apples.
- Secondly, slice the brie.
- Completely coat one side of the brie in the cane sugar
- Lastly, top the apple with the brie and brûlée.
