Brie Upside Down Bites

Brie Upside Down Bites… You HAVE to make these!!

Ingredients 

  • 8 mini brie rounds
  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • Honey, about 1/2-1 tbsp per bite plus more for drizzling
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Chives to taste
  • 1 cookie cutter, 3.5 inch

Directions 

  • Roll out your puff pastry to about 1.5 its size. Cut 8 rounds
  • Place parchment paper on a sheet pan, add the honey in little dollops, score the brie and place on top. Wrap the puff pastry over the brie as tightly as you can
  • Pinch the edges with a fork
  • Brush with the egg and bake at 400F for 20-22 minutes
  • Top with chives and more honey
