Pin ItWhipped Brie & Spicy Peaches
Ingredients
- 8 oz brie, rind removed and cubed
- 3-4 oz cream cheese
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 3 strips of bacon, chopped
- 1 large shallot, finely chopped
- 1-2 tbsp salsa macha or chili crisp
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 tbsp chives
- 3 tbsp honey
Directions
- Preheat a pan on high for 2 min. Add the bacon and lower heat to low, let it cook until nice and crispy and fat has been rendered
- Remove bacon from pan and some of the rendered fat
- Add in shallots and sautee until translucent on medium low
- Add the cubed brie to food processor and whip for 20-40 sec. Add in cream cheese and process until smooth and creamy
- Turn heat up to medium high to the pan with the shallots and add peaches. Cook on med high for 2-3 minutes
- Lower heat to medium and add in salsa macha, honey, salt and smoked paprika. Cook for 1-2 min and turn heat off
- Spread brie on a plate, top it with the peaches and sauce. Add the bacon and chives. That’s it
