Why You’ll Love Batch Michelada

This batch michelada has an advantage over just making a single serve, you can keep refilling your glass over and over without having to make it separately each time… OR you can drink it straight from the pitcher lol. Honestly, this drink is sooo freaking refreshing and the most perfect cure for a hangover 😉 It is tangy, and sooo flavorful. This batch michelada is super easy and quick to make. It’s perfect if you have friends coming over.

How To Prepare Batch Michelada

🍅 Add the clamato, lemon/lime juice, pinch of salt, maggi and clamato to a pitcher. Then, mix and adjust to taste.

🍺 Then, top it with the beer.

🌶 Before serving, rim the glasses with chamoy and tajin.

🧊 Lastly, serve with lots of ice and you are good to go!

Substitutions and Variations

  1. You can swap the Corona for your light beer of choice, such as Michelob Ultra.
  2. You can also sub the Clamato for tomato juice.
  3. You know I love my chamoy & tajin rims, but you can do a salt rim instead.
  4. Maggi can be substituted for soy sauce.
  5. Valentina can be swapped for any other hot sauce.

Chef Nadia’s Tip

Add ice to the glass you are going to serve the drink in, not in the pitcher. To avoid the batch from getting watered down.
