cut 2 thick round slices and save the rest of the apple to chop for salsa or sliced

Instructions
First, wrap the prosciutto around the apples.
Secondly, slice the brie.
Completely coat one side of the brie in the cane sugar
Lastly, top the apple with the brie and brûlée.
