It’s the perfect appetizer, especially when you need to come up with something quick… these are it 👏 I made these when my friends were coming over and I had ran out of time, and they were obsessed! So they are perfect for a last minute appetizer. So simple yet amazing. They brûlée on the top adds the best texture.
How To Prepare Peaches and Brie
🍑 Wrap the prosciutto around the peach.
🧀 Cut the brie slices in half.
🍚 Completely coat one side of the brie in the cane sugar.
🔥 Top the peach with the brie and brûlée and that is it!
Substitutions and Variations
- You can use any fruit of your choice instead of peaches, such as apples or pears.
- You can leave the prosciutto out and it’s still delicious.
Chef Nadia’s Tip
You can leave the prosciutto out and it is still amazing! Also using a very hot spoon can brûlée the sugar.

I use Rösle Kitchen Torch.
You can use any fruit of your choice, such as apples, or pears instead of peaches!

Peaches and Brie
Ingredients
- 4 peaches, cut 2 thick round slices and save the rest of the peach to chop for salsa or sliced
- 4 brie, large and thick slices
- 2 tbsp cane sugar
- 8 slices of prosciutto
Instructions
- Wrap the prosciutto around the peach.
- Cut the brie slices in half.
- Completely coat one side of the brie in the cane sugar.
- Top the peach with the brie and brûlée and that is it!
