Peaches and Brie 🍑❤️ These are beyond easy and delicious and a crowd pleaser. They are a simple yet so luxurious appetizer. I meaaaan… look at them, they are gorgeous! You can get these baddies done within 5 minutes, so easy to make and so freaking good.

peaches and brie brulee

Ingredients

  • 4 peaches cut 2 thick round slices and save the rest of the peach to chop for salsa or sliced
  • 4 brie large and thick slices
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar
  • 8 slices of prosciutto

Instructions

  • Wrap the prosciutto around the peach.
  • Cut the brie slices in half.
  • Completely coat one side of the brie in the cane sugar.
  • Top the peach with the brie and brûlée and that is it!
