Whipped Brie Brûlée & Spiced Crostini

Whipped Brie Brûlée & Spiced Crostini ❤️ this is the perfect app for the holidays!


  • 10 oz brie, room temp.
  • Ciabatta, sliced & cut diagonally
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic herb bread seasoning, The Spice Hunter
  • Smoked paprika
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cane sugar


  • Remove the rind from the brie, cube and add to a large bowl
  • Whip it until smooth, it will be a few minutes so be patient
  • Add whipped brie to a baking dish and cover with foil
  • Drizzle some olive oil on the bread and add seasonings to taste
  • Bake the bread and whipped brie at 350F for 10-12 min
  • Remove foil from the brie, add cane sugar on top and using a blow torch brûlée it. You can also skip the baking the whipped brie in the beginning, add the sugar and broil for 2-3 min until a crust forms
