You can leave the prosciutto out and it is still amazing! Also using a very hot spoon can brûlée the sugar

Peaches & Brie Brûlée

These are beyond easy + delicious and a crowd pleaser


  • 4 peaches, cut 2 thick round slices and save the rest of the peach to chop for salsa or sliced
  • 4 large thick slices of brie
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar
  • 8 slices of prosciutto


  • Wrap the prosciutto around the peach
  • Cut the brie slices in half
  • Completely coat one side of the brie in the cane sugar
  • Top the peach with the brie and brûlée
