Ingredients
10ozBrie, room temperature
Ciabatta, sliced & cut diagonally
Olive oil, for drizzling the bread
Garlic herb bread seasoning, The Spice Hunter
Smoked paprika
Pinchof salt
Cane sugar
Instructions
First, remove the rind from the brie, cube and add to a large bowl.
Secondly, whip it until smooth, it will be a few minutes so be patient.
Then, add whipped brie to a baking dish and cover with foil.
Drizzle some olive oil on the bread and add seasonings to taste.
Then, bake the bread and whipped brie at 350F for 10-12 minutes.
Lastly, remove foil from the brie, add cane sugar on top and using a blow torch brûlée it. You can also skip the baking the whipped brie in the beginning, add the sugar and broil for 2-3 minutes until a crust forms.
