Brie Butter 💛 The dreamiest spread, trust me! You know that I am obsessed with butter, and one of my favorite reasons is because of how versatile it is! I LOOVE brie and I love butter, so I came up with this deliciousness and it did not disappoint in the slightest.

Why You’ll Love Brie Butter

This butter is EPIC! It is sooo creamy, and delicious! Apart from being gorgeous, it is very easy and quick to make. This recipe will take your bread and butter game to the next level. The flaky salt crystals add a bit of texture and it’s awesome. The lavender adds a bit of a floral touch and it makes it even better!

How To Prepare Brie Butter

🧈 First, add the butter and brie together to a bowl and using a hand mixer whip for 1 minute until fully incorporated and smooth.

🌟 Secondly, add in heavy cream and whip until smooth and fluffy.

🍯 Then, spread on a plate and drizzle plenty of honey.

🌸 Add lavender flowers and salt crystals.

🍞 Lastly, serve with warm crusty bread.

Substitutions and Variations

  1. I topped mine with lavender flowers, and I am a firm believer that if it doesn’t add to the dish, then it shouldn’t be in it.
  2. Get creative and top this butter with your favorite toppings! You can do salsa macha to spice it up, like my Spicy Whipped Brie Butter!

  • Honey , to taste
  • Lavender flowers, to taste
  • Salt crystals, to taste

    1. Hi Louise’s Mom, Yes you can absolutely make this ahead. I would say just a day before though and store it in the fridge. Make sure you let it come to room temperature before serving. Hope that helps!
