Brie Butter
Brie Butter 💛 The dreamiest spread, trust me! You know that I am obsessed with butter, and one of my favorite reasons is because of how versatile it is!
Ingredients
- 6 oz brie, rind removed
- 4 oz butter, room temperature
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- Honey , to taste
- Lavender flowers, to taste
- Salt crystals, to taste
Instructions
- First, add the butter and brie together to a bowl and using a hand mixer whip for 1 minute until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Secondly, add in heavy cream and whip until smooth and fluffy.
- Then, spread on a plate and drizzle plenty of honey.
- Add lavender flowers and salt crystals.
- Lastly, serve with warm crusty bread.
