A little hack is that you can get creative and get fun shaped ice cube trays! I was hosting brunch for my friends, so I decided to elevate my mimosa game and came up with this recipe, which I’m sure you will love!

How To Prepare Pomegranate Mimosas

❤️ First, add everything except for the pomegranate arils to a pan and bring to a boil, whisking often. Then, let it simmer for 3 minutes and let it cool for 1 hour with all the aromatics.

✨ Secondly, strain the cider.

🧊 Add pomegranate arils to your ice cube tray. Then, fill it with the liquid and freeze for a while.

🍾 Lastly, add champagne or Prosecco.

  • 2 cups pomegranate juice, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup cane sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 3 cloves
  • nutmeg, just a dash
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pomegranate arils

Directions
