Why You’ll Love Watermelon Cocktail
Watermelon itself is very refreshing, but turn it into a boozy sorbet cocktail and it’s AMAZING. This is perfect for pool days and the hot weather. You can also leave the booze out and you have a delicious sorbet for you or for your kids. This recipe is very versatile, you can make it spicy and add chamoy and/or tajin.
How To Prepare Watermelon Cocktail
🍉 First, cut up the watermelon into very small chunks. Then, place in a freezer bag and freeze overnight.
🍋 Secondly, process the watermelon until almost smooth, scraping the sides as needed. Then, add in the agave nectar, lemon and 1/3 cup rosé until smooth and creamy.
🍯 Then, combine the sugar and sumac. Brush a glass with agave and rim it with the sumac sugar
🍷 Lastly, add in watermelon sorbet and top with wine.
