Spiked Sorbet… Another one of my fave boozy treats that remind me of home! This one reminds me of a mangonada, which is a mango popsicle with chamoy and tajin, but I decided to do a boozy version and with cuties. If you love tajin like me, you have to try my Tajin & Tequila Strawberries!
Why You’ll Love Spiked Sorbet
It’s so fresh, tangy, spicy and delicious. It’s super easy to make and it’s perfect for summer and pool days. The Tajin and the Chamoy add that spicy touch and it is to die for. Mandarins have always been one of my favorite fruits, because they are sweet and acidic and it pairs beautifully with the spicy elements.
How To Prepare Spiked Sorbet
🍊 First, process the mandarins (cuties) until smooth.
🌶 Secondly, add in 2 tbsp Tajin, lemon juice, mezcal and honey. Then, process to incorporate.
❄️ Store in the freezer for a firmer texture.
❤️ Lastly, serve with chamoy and tajin.
