Strawberry Rosé 🍓🍷 This has been one of my favorite cocktails I have made so far! It is SO good & easy to drink that I was drinking it straight from the pitcher with a straw lol. This batch cocktail is perfect for a hot summer day when you are chilling by the pool, and you don’t want to keep getting up to prepare a drink. So if you want to step up your cocktail game, give this one a try, you won’t regret it 😉

Why You’ll Love Strawberry Rosé

This cocktail is so fruity and not too sweet, which is perfect because I don’t like sweet drinks at all. The sumac and sugar rim is EPIC, which you can use for any of your favorite cocktails, like my Yuzu Prickly Pear Gin-Rita.

Strawberry Rosé

How To Prepare Strawberry Rosé

🍓 Wash the grapes and strawberries and then add to a blender with lemon juice, water, agave syrup and mint. Blend until smooth.

🍇 Strain it into a big pitcher. Add wine, gin and sparkling water.

✨ Rim the cup with agave syrup and sumac salt sugar.

💗 Enjoy with lots of ice and that is it!

Substitutions and Variations for Strawberry Rosé

  1. You can use watermelon or your favorite fruits instead of strawberries and grapes.
  2. You can use white wine instead of rosé.
  3. You can use vodka instead of gin.
  4. As for the rim, I used monk fruit but you can use your sugar of choice!
  5. You can also use your honey of choice instead of agave syrup.

Chef Nadia’s Tip

Don’t ice the pitcher so it doesn’t get watered down. Add ice in the glasses you will serve it in.
