Watermelon Cocktail
Watermelon Cocktail 🍉 If you are looking for the perfect drink for this summer... look no further. This right here is IT. The sumac here takes it to another level… trust me! So delicious! If you haven't tried sumac before, this is the perfect way to incorporate it into a cocktail.
Ingredients
Frosé:
- 6 cups watermelon, pre cut
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp agave nectar , and more for brushing on the glasses
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- 1 tbsp sumac
- 1/3 cup rosé wine , and more for topping the glasses
Instructions
- Cut up the watermelon into very small chunks. Then, place in a freezer bag and freeze overnight.
- Process the watermelon until almost smooth, scraping the sides as needed. Then, add in the agave nectar, lemon and 1/3 cup rosé until smooth and creamy.
- Combine the sugar and sumac. Brush a glass with agave and rim it with the sumac sugar
- Add in watermelon sorbet and top with wine.
