✨ Cleopatra Grapes ✨…They are soaked in champagne, or prosecco! Coated in honey and gold so they just remind me of the queen. These cleopatra grapes are IT, they are a main character lol. Definitely save the champagne or prosecco you use to soak them in, because we don’t waste champagne in this page!

Why You’ll Love Cleopatra Grapes

These are EPIC! Apart from being absolutely gorgeous, they are delicious. They are boozy, sweet and delicious. Honestly, super easy to make. They are perfect for hosting, or brunch!

If you aren’t a huge fan of grapes, you can use your favorite fruit, like my Prosecco Strawberries. You can also substitute the prosecco for your alcohol of choice, such as tequila, or mezcal.

Recipe Tip

When you drain the champagne/gin use it for soaking more grapes or make a nice spritz!

  • 2-3 cups green grapes
  • Prosecco or champagne
  • 2 shots gin or vodka
  • Monk fruit
  • Edible gold dust
  • Honey to taste

  • Wash and stab the grapes so they absorb the alcohol
  • Completely coat in the prosecco and gin for a minimum of 6 hrs and max of 24 hrs. I soaked for 24
  • Drain the prosecco/gin and add to a bowl with 1/2 the lemon (squeezed) and as much honey as you want abd a touch of edible gold. Mix it well
  • Freeze for 2-3 hours
  • Mix the monk or sugar with more gold glitter
  • Skewer the grapes and sprinkle the gold sugar
