Brie Crostini 💛 I served these at a dinner party last night and to say they were a hit is an understatement!

Why You’ll Love Brie Crostini

The most perfect appetizer! These are super easy to make and they are sooo delicious. The fig butter adds the best flavor… trust me. The textures and flavors go so well together and it’s very balanced.

How To Prepare Brie Crostini

🧈 First, mix your butter with the fig preserves. Add a pinch of salt.

🍞 Secondly, spread the butter onto the bread, generously.

🔥 Then, bake at 350F for 12 minutes.

🧀 Top it with a thick piece of brie and bake 1-2 minutes until slightly melty but not completely melted.

🌿 Lastly, top with chives.

Substitutions and Variations

  1. You can use any type of brie or any creamy cheese you like. I used triple cream brie because it is creamier.
  2. You can use any bread of choice instead of ciabatta for the crostinis.
  3. I topped it with chives, but you can leave those out or swap for your favorite herbs.
  4. You can use any jam or preserves of your choice.

Chef Nadia’s Tip

Only bake the bread with the brie for 1-2 minutes so it doesn’t fully disintegrate lol. Use chunky fig preserves because when you get a bite of it 🔥 it is heavenly…
