Tinto De Verano 🍷♥️ I’ve been craving it for a good month and here we are…
Tinto de Verano is a Spanish cocktail that is traditionally made with wine and casera de limón (correct me if I’m wrong). Casera is a Spanish soda. I can’t find casera here so I used the Limonata by Pellegrino and it more than hit the spot, it was so freaking delicious!

Why You’ll Love Tinto de Verano Recipe
During my time in Spain, I finally tried this and oh my gosh, It was so refreshing and delicious so of course I had to make it. It’s super simple to make and perfect for a girls night! If you love lemony, fizzy and red wine, this is for you! This drink is sort of similar to sangria, but I would say sangria is a bit sweeter and Tinto de Verano tastes more like wine? if that makes sense. I prefer this more than sangria, because I am not crazy about super sweet drinks. Honestly, like the name says it… it’s the perfect summer drink. This is also very easy to make into a batch cocktail, if you are having people over!

How To Prepare Tinto de Verano Recipe
🧊 First, add ice into a wine glass.
🍋 Secondly, pour equal parts of red wine and Pellegrino Limonata.
🍷 Lastly, add orange and lemon slices and stir!
Substitutions and Variations
- If you can’t find casera, you could do lemon soda as well or lemon sparkling soda.

Chef Nadia’s Tip
If you can find Casera, use that instead of Pellegrino limonata.
