Tajin Cutie Mezcal Sorbet.. Another one of my fave boozy treats that remind me of home! This one reminds me of a mangonada, which is a mango popsicle with chamoy and tajin, but I decided to do a boozy version and with cuties. If you love tajin like me, you have to try my Tajin & Tequila Strawberries!

Why You’ll Love Tajin Cutie Mezcal Sorbet

It’s so fresh, spicy and delicious. It’s super easy to make and it’s perfect for summer and pool days. The tajin and the chamoy add that spicy touch and it is to die for.

I used Chamoy Chilito Sirilo, but you can use your favorite chamoy. If you don’t like spicy too much, you can adjust the amount of tajin you want. You can also substitute the cuties for your favorite fruit, such as oranges, or mango.

  • 12-14 cuties, peeled and frozen
  • 2 tbsp tajin + more for sprinkling
  • 2-5 oz mezcal, the more you add the less frozen it’ll be, but I wanted it boozy
  • 2 tbsp honey, don’t skip, the random bites of frozen honey make it even better
  • 1 lemon, juice
  • Chamoy to taste

  • Process the cuties until smooth
  • Add in 2 tbsp tajin, lemon juice, mezcal and honey. Process to incoporate
  • Store in the freezer for firmer texture
  • Serve with chamoy and tajin
