Smoked Salmon and Caviar Pizza from Spago lives rent free in my head. Their smoked salmon and caviar pizza is epic for lack of a better word. I’m here to share with you a lazy girl way to do it using naan as pizza that is just delicious! This lil version takes 15 minutes and hits the spot! 🙌

This is one of those dishes that you go away thinking about. It it luxurious taste of this recipe is incomparable to anything you have ever tasted. The smokey umami flavor from the smoked salmon with the salty briny pop from the caviar on top of a crispy herby naan bread for your pizza crust, just trust me, you won’t be able to stop thinking about it either!
How To Prepare Smoked Salmon Caviar Pizza
🔥 Preheat a pan for 2 minutes on medium heat. Add plenty of olive oil and rub your naan on it pretty well. Press it down well so all sides of it get golden, about 2-3 minutes per side.
🫓 Let the naan cool on a cooling rack so it doesn’t get soggy. Make sure it is cool enough so the crème doesn’t melt.
🍣 Spread the crème fraîche, add the smoked salmon, chives, black pepper, caviar and that is it!

Substitutions for Smoked Salmon Caviar Pizza
- While I love my Royal Ossetra by Imperia, it is expensive. If you are looking to save some money, another great option is Tsar Nicoulai Classic Caviar.
- If you don’t have créme fraîche, the best substitute will be a full fat sour cream.

- 1 mini naan
- 1 slice Smoked salmon, to taste, Ducktrap Smoked Salmon is my fav
- 1 tbsp Crème fraîche , Vermont Creamery is my fav
- 1 tsp Caviar, or as much as your heart desires, Royal Ossetra by Imperia is my fav
- Chives
- Black pepper, fresh ground
- Olive oil
