Smoked Salmon and Caviar Pizza from Spago lives rent free in my head. Their smoked salmon and caviar pizza is epic for lack of a better word. I’m here to share with you a lazy girl way to do it using naan as pizza that is just delicious! This lil version takes 15 minutes and hits the spot! 🙌

How To Prepare Smoked Salmon Caviar Pizza

🔥 Preheat a pan for 2 minutes on medium heat. Add plenty of olive oil and rub your naan on it pretty well. Press it down well so all sides of it get golden, about 2-3 minutes per side.

🫓 Let the naan cool on a cooling rack so it doesn’t get soggy. Make sure it is cool enough so the crème doesn’t melt.

🍣 Spread the crème fraîche, add the smoked salmon, chives, black pepper, caviar and that is it!

♥️ And that is it, subscribe for more!

Substitutions for Smoked Salmon Caviar Pizza

  • While I love my Royal Ossetra by Imperia, it is expensive. If you are looking to save some money, another great option is Tsar Nicoulai Classic Caviar.
  • If you don’t have créme fraîche, the best substitute will be a full fat sour cream.
  • If you want to be extra and make your own crust, here is my delicious Pommes Darphin recipe!

🔥Chef Nadia’s Tip🔥

Make sure you let the naan cool on a rack so the steam doesn’t make it soggy!

Recipes That Pair

For this caviar pizza, I use Royal Ossetra by Imperia.

How long does a can of caviar last after being opened?

It depends on the brand, but the one caviar I used for this Pizza says it will last about 4-5 days.
