Why You’ll Love Goat Cheese Dip

This is sooo delicious and perfect. It’s creamy, and very easy to make. What makes this dip extra special is that it is topped with fig orange jam and brown butter almonds! Trust me… you will be obsessed! This is great for a last minute appetizer if you are having people over, because. you can get this bad boy ready within 5 minutes.

How To Prepare Goat Cheese Dip

🧀 First, cube the brie and goat cheese. Then, add to a food processor and pulse until smooth.

🧈 Secondly, add the butter to a pan and swirl until slightly browned. Then, add in almonds and fry until golden, about 1-2 minutes. Watch closely.

❤️ Lastly, spread the brie and goat cheese dip on a plate. Then, top with the fig jam, almonds, browned butter, flaky salt and crushed red peppers.

Substitutions and Variations

  1. I topped with crushed red peppers, but you can leave those out.
  2. You can use your favorite nuts, like pistachio, or pine nuts instead of almonds!
  3. You can use any jam of your choice, it doesn’t have to be fig orange.

Chef Nadia’s Tip

Brown the butter! It enhances that nutty flavor.
