Why You’ll Love Chicken Buffalo Sliders

These are EPIC! They are cheesy, buttery, and spicy. These are super easy to make and also perfect for game day or even for just a quick weeknight dinner. And trust me, they truly are heaven. One of the things I love the most about this recipe is that it’s so convenient when I am in a rush because I can get these babies done in 30 minutes and they are crazy delicious!

How To Prepare Chicken Buffalo Sliders

🖌 Drizzle and brush some ranch on the slider buns and bake at 350°F for about 6-7 minutes to slightly toast.

🍗 Preheat a pan on high for 2 minute, add a bit of olive oil and brown your chicken until a bit crispy for some texture. Turn heat off and add buffalo sauce and chives.

🧀 Add the cheddar to the bottom halves of the slider buns, divide half of the chicken atop the buns with the cheese, drizzle some ranch and buffalo sauce. Top with provolone and repeat with the chicken, ranch and buffalo. Top with gruyere and the remaining buns.

🌟 Brush the tops with olive oil and add sesame seeds.

🔥 Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.

❤️ Serve with more ranch and buffalo sauce and that is it!

Substitutions and Variations

  1. You don’t have to use 3 cheeses, but I love it. You can use any cheese(s) of your choice.
  2. Also, completely optional but I like to add salsa or chili oil inside, and they give the sliders a nutty and spicy taste.
  3. You can use any buns of your choice instead of brioche buns.
