Corn Buffalo Wings

I’m obsessed with this recipe!

Ingredients 

  • 3 ears of corn
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp chives, chopped + more for topping
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano
  • 1/3 cup ranch

Directions 

  • Slice the corn in half, then into quarters as shown in the video
  • Heat up the buffalo sauce in a saucepan for 3 min, add in honey and turn heat off. Add in butter and whisk together
  • Place the corn wings on a baking sheet, brush with the buffalo sauce on all sides
  • Bake at 400F for 25-30 min until very golden. I broiled mine for 2 minutes
  • Mix together the ranch, herbs and parmigiano for a dipping sauce
  • Add the rest of the sauce to the corn. Top with chives. Serve and enjoy!
