Why You’ll Love Spiced Potato Chips

These chips are so fresh, they aren’t like any chip you’ve ever tasted. The smoked paprika and chipotle powder bring a smokey flavor. The parm has the most delicious nutty flavor melted a top the chips and balances the spice. The onion powder and garlic powder add a savory flavor. Last but certainly not least, the pop of sweetness from the monk fruit is a perfect contrast to the rest of the flavors.

How to Prepare Spiced Potato Chips

🥔 Spread your chips on a baking sheet in a single layer.

🧀 Grate a LOT of parm on them.

🎛️ Bake at 300°F for 8-12 min until cheese is melty.

🥣 Mix your spices in a bowl and add the spices to the chips while warm and mix.

🌿 Top with more parm and dry chives and that is it!

Substitutions and Variations

  1. If you want to not have any spice, cut down on the chipotle powder.
  2. If you want less sodium, use less or no salt.
  3. You can use your favorite cheese instead, just make sure it’s a good melting cheese.

Recipe Tip

Common Questions

How much parm should I use?

This really is a measure with you heart, I used a lot, till it covered the top pretty well. The more cheese you use the more flavorful and richer your recipe will be!

How do I make the spices stick to the chips?

Adding the spices on while the chips are warm not only helps the spice to stick but it helps infuse the chips with all the flavors!

Can I make this ahead of time?

You certainly can but they taste better straight out of the oven. They are still wonderful if you need to make ahead of time though.

What are these brown paper bags you used?

They are from Amazon. I’ll link them here.
