These buffalo corn ribs are to DIE FOR! They are spicy, herby and full of flavor. I love buffalo sauce with all my heart and I was craving wings but I didn’t have any. I did have some corn though and decided to make these. They were quick, easy and delicious. These are not only perfect for game day, but perfect for anytime that you are hosting!

How To Prepare Buffalo Corn Ribs

🔪 Slice the corn in half, then into quarters.

🍯 Heat up the buffalo sauce in a saucepan for 3 minutes, add in honey and turn heat off. Add in butter and then whisk together.

🌽 Place the corn ribs on a baking sheet and then brush with the buffalo sauce on all sides.

🔥 Bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes until very golden and then broil for 2 minutes.

🧀 Mix together the ranch, herbs and Parmigiano for a dipping sauce.

🌿 Add the rest of the sauce to the corn. Top with chives. Serve, enjoy and that is it!

Substitutions and Variations

  1. Herbs are always very easy to swap for your favorites or which ever ones you have on hand.
  2. You can use any cheese of your choice instead of Parmigiano.

Ingredients 

  • 3 ears of corn
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp chives, chopped and more for topping
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano
  • 1/3 cup ranch
