Buffalo Potato Gratin ❤️ sooo good & cheesy! The perfect comfort food for game day or basically any day. These are a spicier version of my regular potato gratin. I made this for my husband during March Madness, and he was OBSESSED.

Why You’ll Love Buffalo Potato Gratin

If you are a buffalo staaan like me, you are gonna be obsessed with these! They are spicy, cheesy and perfect. Honestly, super easy to make. The buffalo adds that tangy, creamy and salty touch.

I topped with chives, but you can substitute that for your favorite herbs. You can substitute the gruyere for your favorite cheese.
