Buffalo Potato Gratin ❤️ sooo good & cheesy! These are the most perfect comfort food for game day or basically any day. These are a spicier version of my regular potato gratin. Why You’ll Love Buffalo Potato Gratin

If you are a buffalo stan like me, you are gonna be obsessed with these! They are spicy, cheesy and perfect. Honestly, super easy to make. The buffalo adds that tangy, creamy and salty touch. Anything buffalo has my heart, so elevate your hosting game and make these. Trust me, they will be a crowd pleaser.

How To Prepare Buffalo Potato Gratin

🌿 First, mix together the cream, spices, chives, buffalo and grated parmesan.

🥔 Secondly, slice the potatoes pretty thinly but not paper thin so they hold their shape.

🧈 Then, butter a baking dish and layer the potatoes as shown in the video.

🧀 Drizzle the cream over them with a bit of buffalo sauce. Then, add the gruyere.

🔥 Bake covered in foil at 400F for 45 minutes (in the middle rack).

⏱ Remove foil. Then, bake uncovered for 15-20 more minutes.

🌟 Lastly, top with chives, black pepper and parmesan.

Substitutions and Variations

  1. You can use any cheese of your choice instead of gruyere.
  2. I topped mine with chives, but you can top with your favorite herbs or whichever ones you have on hand.
