Ingredients

Yukon gold potatoes
total of about 9-12 yukon golds

Heavy cream
or half and half
3/4
cup
Buffalo sauce
and a bit more for drizzling

tbsp
Smoked paprika

Dried dill

Dried parsley
1/2
tsp
Onion powder
1/2

Chipote powder

Garlic powder

chives
more for topping

Gruyere
grated

Parmigiano reggiano
grated, plus more for topping

to taste
Instructions
First, mix together the cream, spices, chives, buffalo and grated parmesan.
Secondly, slice the potatoes pretty thinly but not paper thin so they hold their shape.
Butter a baking dish and layer the potatoes as shown in the video.
Drizzle the cream over them with a bit of buffalo sauce. Then, add the gruyere.
Bake covered in foil at 400F for 45 minutes (in the middle rack).
Remove foil. Then, bake uncovered for 15-20 more minutes.
Lastly, top with chives, black pepper and parmesan.
