How To Prepare Blue Cheese Chips

🥓 Bake your bacon at 400℉ for 12-16 minutes or until golden. Let the bacon sit on a paper towel to remove excess grease.

🥄 Lower temp to 325℉. Add the chips to a baking sheet with 1 tbsp of the bacon grease.

🥣 In a bowl add smoked paprika, seasoned salt, garlic powder, MSG and dried chives. Mix well.

🧀 Crumble the blue cheese to your hearts desire on top of the chips. Add the seasoning and give the entire thing a little mix.

🔥 Bake at 325℉ for 15-17 minutes.

🔪 Give your bacon a rough chop. Drizzle with honey and bacon bits and serve immediately.

♥️ And that is it, subscribe for more!

Substitutions for Blue Cheese Chips

  • You can use crumbling feta, goat cheese or sharp cheddar cheese if you’d prefer instead of blue cheese.
  • If you want a little spice, add some cayenne to the spices.
  • If you want to make this a meal, you can always add pulled chicken or smoked brisket on top.

🔥Chef Nadia’s Tip🔥
