These Blue Cheese Chips are absolutely amazing. They’re great for parties, a date night in, or just to snack on! When I make chips for parties I like to serve them in the cutest little brown paper bags and they are the first things to go!

They blue cheese, bacon bits and a hint of sweetness from the honey on top of crunchy chips is 👌 Each bite is bursting with flavor! This recipe is super simple and comes together so quickly.
How To Prepare Blue Cheese Chips
🥓 Bake your bacon at 400℉ for 12-16 minutes or until golden. Let the bacon sit on a paper towel to remove excess grease.
🥄 Lower temp to 325℉. Add the chips to a baking sheet with 1 tbsp of the bacon grease.
🥣 In a bowl add smoked paprika, seasoned salt, garlic powder, MSG and dried chives. Mix well.
🧀 Crumble the blue cheese to your hearts desire on top of the chips. Add the seasoning and give the entire thing a little mix.
🔥 Bake at 325℉ for 15-17 minutes.
🔪 Give your bacon a rough chop. Drizzle with honey and bacon bits and serve immediately.

Substitutions for Blue Cheese Chips
- You can use crumbling feta, goat cheese or sharp cheddar cheese if you’d prefer instead of blue cheese.
- If you want a little spice, add some cayenne to the spices.
- If you want to make this a meal, you can always add pulled chicken or smoked brisket on top.
