If you are a blue cheese lover, you are in the right place! These are absolutely amazing. They're great for parties, a date night in, or just to snack on! When I make chips for parties I like to serve them in the cutest little brown paper bags and they are the first things to go!

Ingredients
7½ozbag unsalted kettle chips
4-5slicesbacon
blue cheeseto taste
honey drizzle
1tbspsmoked paprika
1tspMSG
dried chivesto taste
pinchseasoned salt
¼tspgarlic powder
Instructions
Bake your bacon at 400℉ for 12-16 minutes or until golden. Let the bacon sit on a paper towel to remove excess grease.
Lower temp to 325℉.
Add the chips to a baking sheet with 1 tbsp of the bacon grease.
In a bowl add smoked paprika, seasoned salt, garlic powder, MSG and dried chives. Mix well.
Crumble the blue cheese to your hearts desire on top of the chips. Add the seasoning and give the entire thing a little mix.
Bake at 325℉ for 15-17 minutes.
Give your bacon a rough chop. Drizzle with honey and bacon bits and serve immediately. Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
