Why You’ll Love Tomato Goat Cheese
You want to make a low effort and delicious appetizer? This is for you! It’s creamy, flavorful and don’t even get me started on the garlic chips… they take it to the next level! This is perfect for when you are hosting and need a last minute appetizer. You can serve it with toasted bread, crackers or even on pasta! Remember the viral feta pasta? It’ll be something similar but better in my opinion because of the crispy garlic.

How To Prepare Tomato Goat Cheese
🧀 First, arrange the goat cheese in a baking dish and top with the tomatoes.
🍯 Secondly, add the olive oil, honey, crushed red peppers and a bit of salt.
🔥 Then, bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes.
🧄 Slice the garlic really thin. Preheat a pan with olive oil at medium for 2 minutes. Then, turn heat to low and add in garlic. Remove when it looks lightly tan, you don’t want it to burn and get bitter.
🌿 Lastly, top the dip with the garlic and parsley.
