Tomato Goat Cheese ❤️ One of my favorite appetizers to make! So easy and the perfect way to use up all those beautiful in season tomatoes.

Ingredients
8ozgoat cheese, sliced
1pintcherry tomatoes, sliced in half
1.5tbspolive oil
1tbsphoney
1tbspcrushed red peppers
3garlic cloves, thinly sliced
Parsley , to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
First, arrange the goat cheese in a baking dish and top with the tomatoes.
Secondly, add the olive oil, honey, crushed red peppers and a bit of salt.
Then, bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes.
Slice the garlic really thin. Preheat a pan with olive oil at medium for 2 minutes. Then, turn heat to low and add in garlic. Remove when it looks lightly tan, you don’t want it to burn and get bitter.
