Montecristo Sandwich ❤️ Of course I had to add the Nadia flair… So let’s make it using Boar’s Heads New FireSmith Flame Grilled Chicken that actually tastes like it was grilled but you can get it at the deli!

🥪 Press your sandwich together pretty tightly.
🧈 Then, preheat a pan for 2 minutes and add 1 tbsp butter per sandwich.

Substitutions and Variations
- You can use any cheese of your choice instead of gruyere.
- You can use ham, turkey or both instead of chicken.
- If you aren’t a fan of spicy, you can take the salsa macha out.
- You can use chili crisp instead of salsa macha.

Chef Nadia’s Tip
Make sure you press the sandwich together pretty tightly, so it doesn’t fall apart when you put it through the egg wash.
