Montecristo Sandwich ❤️ with a twist… So let’s make it using Boar’s Heads New FireSmith Flame Grilled Chicken that actually tastes like it was grilled but you can get it at the deli!

Boar’s Head FireSmith Flame

smoked gruyere
thick slices
Gruyere
shredded
Mayonnaise
to taste
Mustard
to taste
Salsa macha
to taste, optional

cream

butter
Instructions
First, whisk your egg with the cream.
Secondly, spread mayo on one slice of bread and add salsa Macha. Then, add the chicken and shredded gruyere.
Then, spread mustard on the other slice and top with the smoked gruyere.
Press your sandwich together pretty tightly.
Then, preheat a pan for 2 minutes and add 1 tbsp butter per sandwich.
Quickly pass the sandwich through the egg wash.
Then, on medium low heat toast the sandwich on both sides until golden.
Lastly, enjoy with cherry peppers and pickles.
