Miso Dumplings ♥️ this is one of my go to meals when I’m hungry and want something quick and easy!
I’m using @laobandumplings dumplings, I always find them at Whole Foods.

Why You’ll Love Miso Dumplings
These dumplings are SO good. They are perfect as an appetizer or as a main course. They are spicy, and they have that umami touch. Truly perfect for a quick and easy meal. Dumplings have to be one of my favorite cozy meals, and these ones have to be one of my favorite recipes.
How To Prepare Miso Dumplings
🥚 First, add the egg yolks to a small ramekin and coat in Tamari and add 1 tsp rice vinegar. Then, let them cure 1 hour in the fridge.
🌱 Secondly, separate the green and white part of scallions.
🧄 Then, add the sesame oil to a pot, and sauté the white part of the scallions. Add in the ginger and garlic too. Then, cook together for 2-3 minutes on medium low.
💥 Then, add in miso, Gochujang, 1 tsp rice vinegar, broth and kombu. Simmer and add the dumplings.
🔥 Then, cook covered for 5-7 minutes.
🌶 Lastly, serve it with salsa Macha, cured yolk, sesame seeds and scallions.
Substitutions and Variations for Miso Dumplings
- You can use any dumplings of your choice, I used chicken.
- You can use any broth of your liking, I used chicken bone broth.
- You can use chili oil/chili crisp instead of salsa Macha.
- You can use your favorite herbs or which ever ones you have on hand.

- 8 oz ginger chicken dumplings, 8 oz package Laoban
- 2 tbsp white miso
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 1.5 tsp ginger, freshly grated
- 1 small garlic clove, grated
- 3 cups chicken bone broth, I used unsalted
- 1 tbsp gochujang paste
- 1 kombu strip, optional
- 2 tsp sesame oil

- Salsa macha , for topping
- Sesame seeds , for topping
Instructions
