Extra Brown Butter Hack ❤️ This is the most delicious way to make brown butter, what actually ‘browns’ is the milk solids in the butter so adding heavy cream, milk or even powdered milk intensifies the flavor. Also, a touch of soy sauce is chef’s kiss.

Why You’ll Love Extra Brown Butter Hack
Butter is a main character okay.. but this one is sooo good and super easy to make. Like I mentioned, it’s nutty and the flavor is more rich. It has more depth of flavor than regular butter and that is why I think its better! One of the things I like the most about it is that you can play around with different toppings. There is just so much you can do with it and it is epic!
How To Prepare Extra Brown Butter Hack
🧈 First, add the heavy cream and butter to a pan on medium high. Then, brown until golden mixing often. It will be about 7-8 minutes.
🔥 Secondly, turn heat off and add soy sauce.
🧊 Then, whip it over ice until it gets fluffy and perfect.
❤️ Lastly, store in the fridge or a french butter bell.
Substitutions and Variations
- There is really no substitutions for this recipe, but you can use your favorite unsalted butter.
- The soy sauce here intensifies the flavor and browns the butter more, which is what the hack is, you can do it without as well.
- You can use milk or powdered milk instead of heavy cream.
Chef Nadia’s Tip
