Extra Brown Butter Hack ❤️ This is the most delicious way to make brown butter, what actually ‘browns’ is the milk solids in the butter so adding heavy cream, milk or even powdered milk intensifies the flavor. Also, a touch of soy sauce is chef’s kiss.
Ingredients
- 8 oz unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Add the heavy cream and butter to a pan on medium high. Brown until golden mixing often. It will be about 7-8 minutes
- Turn heat off and add soy sauce
- Whip it over ice until it gets fluffy and perfect
- Store in the fridge or a french butter bell
