Calling all my coffee lovers!! ☕️❤️ This Espresso Granita drink is for YOU… It is seriously addicting. It’s sooo delicious and easy to make. This frozen drink recipe is sweet, icy and creamy. This is perfect for a get together honestly, I made them for my friends who were coming over for brunch and when I tell you they went craaaazy for it, believe me. I am obsessed with coffee drinks, and this one is EPIC!

How To Prepare Espresso Granita
☕️ Add the coffee, vodka and Licor 43 to a freezer safe dish.
❄️ Freeze for 2 ½ hours. Shred with a fork and then return to freezer for another 1-2 hours and shred again.
🍫 Top with lots of condensed milk, chocolate shavings and now you have your carajillo, espresso martini and Vietnamese coffee mashup!

Substitutions for Espresso Granita
- You can use Frangelico or Grand Marnier instead of licor43.
- I used dark chocolate to balance out some of the sweetness, but you can use milk or white chocolate if you prefer.

- 2 ½ cups cold brew coffee concentrate , or espresso
- 3 oz vodka
- 2 ½ oz licor 43
- dark chocolate , for shaving and topping
- condensed milk , to taste, for topping
Instructions
- Add the coffee, vodka and Licor 43 to a freezer safe dish.
- Freeze for 2 ½ hours. Shred with a fork. Return to freezer for another 1-2 hours and shred again.
- Top with lots of condensed milk, chocolate shavings and that is it!
