Why You’ll Love Crispy Croissants

They are sooo easy to prepare and perfect as a snack, breakfast or even dessert. They are crispy (obvs), sweet, buttery and epic! You will be obsessed with these… trust me. My daughter couldn’t stop eating them 🙈 These are perfect for brunch. I was having my friends over, and I served this as an appetizer before serving them the rest of the food and they all loved it! It takes less 5 minutes if not less to make them, so they are quick, delicious and convenient.

How To Prepare Crispy Croissants

🥐 First, flatten the croissant with a rolling pin.

🧈 Secondly, spread butter on one side and then drizzle honey.

🌟 Then, sear in a pan until golden and flip. Adding a bit more butter to the pan.

❤️ Lastly, let cool and dip into your favorite skyr!

Substitutions and Variations

  1. As substitutions go for this one… you can substitute the skyr and honey for your favorite dip!
  2. You can use regular yogurt or greek yogurt instead of skyr.
  3. You can use plain skyr or any other flavor of skyr, it doesn’t have to be the apricot.

Chef Nadia’s Tip

Make sure you let them cool before eating them.
