Cream Cheese Stuffed Croissants 🥐❤️ Not everything has to be complicated… These are one of my simplest appetizers but always satisfying! I was hosting brunch for my friends and I served these croissants as an appetizer, and when I tell you they went crazy for them is an understatement. Trust me, you will be obsessed!

These croissants are EPIC! Who doesn’t love cheese stuffed things… lol. They are herby, creamy, cheesy and SO delicious! This is such an easy recipe. You can play around with the herbs and use your favorite ones. You can get these baddies done within 15 minutes, which make them perfect for a last minute get together or brunch.

How To Prepare Cream Cheese Stuffed Croissants

🌿 First, mix together the cream cheese, herbs, salt and pepper.

🥐 Secondly, add it inside a piping bag and stuff the croissant pretty carefully but thoroughly.

🧈 Then, brush some butter on the top and add plenty of grated gruyere on top.

🧀 Lastly, bake at 325F for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is all melty.

Substitutions and Variations

  1. There aren’t a whole lot of substitutions for this recipe, but you can use any cheese of your choice.
  2. You can use your favorite herbs or which ever ones you have on hand.

Ingredients 

  • 8 croissants
  • 8 oz cream cheese, whipped
  • 2-3 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp dried herbs of choice, I used parsley, oregano and tarragon
  • Salt and pepper , to taste
  • Gruyere , to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp butter, melted
