Ingredients

  • 9 oz @IcelandicProvisions Extra Creamy Honey & Apricot Skyr 2 containers (4.4 oz each) of skyr
  • 6 croissants I used day old
  • Unsalted butter
  • Honey

Instructions

  • First, flatten the croissant with a rolling pin.
  • Secondly, spread butter on one side and then drizzle honey.
  • Then, sear in a pan until golden and flip. Adding a bit more butter to the pan.
  • Lastly, let cool and dip into your favorite skyr!
