Why You’ll Love Cheesy Ranch Bread

This bread is the perfect appetizer and perfect to serve for game days or when hosting! Like it says it on the name, it’s cheesy, herby, with a touch of spice and insanely delicious! It’s also extremely easy and quick to make… and who doesn’t love that? Which makes this perfect for a last minute app!

Cheesy Ranch Bread

How To Prepare Cheesy Ranch Bread

🧄 Roast the head of garlic for 45 minutes at 400°F wrapped in foil with a bit of oil.

🧀 Mix the butter, ranch, capers, dill, chives, crushed peppers, garlic, parmigiano and also the lemon zest.

🧂 Add salt and pepper to taste.

🧈 Spread some of the butter on bread, top with provolone and parmigiano

🔥 Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes or until golden.

🌶 Top with more crushed red peppers and herbs.

🍞 Serve with ranch and that is it!

Substitutions and Variations

  1. You can use any cheeses of your choice instead of parmigiano and provolone. You also don’t have to use 2 cheeses if you don’t want to.
  2. You know I love to add a spicy touch, but if that’s not your thing, you can leave the crushed red peppers out.
  3. I used ciabatta, but you can use any bread of your choice.
  4. Herbs are always very easy to swap for your favorites or which ever ones you have on hand.

Chef Nadia’s Tip

Spread the ranch butter mixture evenly on the bread, so you get to taste it in every bite.
