Ingredients
8ozunsalted butter
1headof garlic, roasted for 45 minutes at 400°F wrapped in foil with a bit of oil
1/3cupranch, and more for dipping
3tbspdill
3tbspchives
1tbspcrushed red peppers
1/4cupparmigiano reggiano, more for topping on the bread
1lemon zest
Salt and pepper , to taste
2tbspcapers, chopped
Ciabatta, sliced
Provolone, 1 slice per slice of bread
Instructions
Roast the head of garlic for 45 minutes at 400°F wrapped in foil with a bit of oil.
Mix the butter, ranch, capers, dill, chives, crushed peppers, garlic, parmigiano and lemon zest.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spread some of the butter on bread, top with provolone and parmigiano.
