I tried Sky Juice in the Bahamas and I fell in love 💙 and apparently a lot of you have too! So I decided to remake this gin and coconut water cocktail with a little twist. I’ve been on a frozen drink kick lately, so I wanted to make a frozen gin cocktail…and it was delish! Let me know what you think of this Bahamian Sky Juice recipe in the comments!

How To Prepare

The recipe is sooooo easy!

🧊 Add 2 cups of ice to your blender.

❄️ On the Rock Option: If you want it over ice, skip the ice in the blender and just blend the ingredients and pour over ice.

🥥 Add gin, coconut water, condensed milk, pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg on top of your ice. Blend.

🍹 Serve your Bahamian Sky Juice with more nutmeg and cinnamon stick.

🫶 And that is it, subscribe for more!

Variations

  1. If you’d like it on ice, just mix the ingredients and pore over ice instead of blending.
  2. If you aren’t a gin fan, feel free to switch it up with whatever your favorite liquor may be.

🔥Chef Nadia’s Tip🔥

Make sure that you use a nice quality gin if you want you Bahamian Sky Juice to turn out amazing. I really love all Empress gin but for this recipe I’m using Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin.

Bahamian Sky Juice: Questions Answered

Why is the gin red?

It is infused with red rose petals and black carrots! I absolutely love Empress and for this cocktail recipe I am using Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin.

Can I serve this over ice instead?

Sure! If you want your Bahamian Sky Juice over ice, skip the part of the recipe that you add the ice to the blender and just blend the ingredients and pour over ice.
