🔥Chef Nadia’s Tip🔥
Make sure that you use a nice quality gin if you want you Bahamian Sky Juice to turn out amazing. I really love all Empress gin but for this recipe I’m using Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin.
The Perfect Pairings
In keeping with the coconut theme, start the evening out with a delicious Mango, Coconut and Salmon Ceviche. For your main Potato-Crusted Fried Fish that comes with a beautiful Tomato Fennel Salad. A nice Potato Salad would pair well with this. End your night with a Amaretto Peaches.
