I tried Sky Juice in the Bahamas and I fell in love and apparently a lot of you have too! So I decided to remake this gin and coconut water cocktail with a little twist. I’ve been on a frozen drink kick lately, so I wanted to make a frozen gin cocktail…and it was delish! Let me know what you think of this Bahamian Sky Juice recipe in the comments!
Why You’ll Love Bahamian Sky Juice
This Bahamian Sky Juice is one of those drinks that you walk away thinking about. With the gin, coconut water, nutmeg and condensed milk, all the ingredients in this cocktail are just so fresh and refreshing. It feels like vacation in a glass. If you prefer this over ice, skip the blending and just pore on ice, but trust me when I tell you it’s amazing frozen!

How To Prepare Bahamian Sky Juice
🥥 Add the gin, coconut water, condensed milk, a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg to a blender. Blend well.
🍹 Sprinkle with more nutmeg on top and a cinnamon stick for garnish.
🫶 And that is it, subscribe for more!
Variations for Bahamian Sky Juice
- If you’d like it on ice, just mix the ingredients and pore over ice instead of blending.
- If you aren’t a gin fan, feel free to switch it up with whatever your favorite liquor may be.
🔥Chef Nadia’s Tip🔥
Make sure that you use a nice quality gin. I really love all Empress gin but for this recipe I’m using Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin.
