Why You’ll Love Dirty Milky Lemon Martini
I know a Extra Dirty Milky Lemon Martini sounds…weird…HOWEVER! However…it is delicious. Blue cheese & lemon zest are such a good pairing! There is a reason my traditional milky went viral and you won’t be disappointed when you try this recipe!

How To Prepare
🍸 For this dirty milky lemon martini, you first infuse your vodka. Add 12 oz of vodka with the zest of 1 lemon for about 4 hours. I only use about 2½ oz of this per drink but you can save and use this later. Add a bit of the vermouth to your martini glass, swirl, discard (or save, don’t come for me lol). Place glass in the freezer for 15 minutes. Mash your blue cheese with lemon zest and olive oil, I did like ½-1 tbsp. Stuff your olives with as much blue cheese as your heart desires. Fill a shaker with ice, vodka, olive brine and a chunk of blue cheese. Shake for 60-90 seconds. Pour on the chilled glass and add your olives, and you have a delicious dirty milky lemon martini!

🔥Chef Nadia’s Tip🔥
- Shake your Blue Cheese Dirty Martini 60-90 seconds (non-negotiable) to create those perfect icicles that makes this martini even more epic.
- If you make mixed drinks, I am obsessed with this Elevated Craft Hybrid Cocktail Shaker. I know it’s pricey but it is worth every penny!
The Perfect Pairings
Honestly this martini will go with a lot of things. Some of my favorites are more savory dinners and apps like Creamy Chipotle Shrimp, Steak with Peppercorn Sauce, Miso Salmon or Seafood Stuffed Potatoes.
Dirty Lemon Martini: Questions Answered
After my old shaker exploded on me I invested in an Elevated Craft Hybrid Cocktail Shaker. It is pricey but if you make drinks it is worth every penny!
You don’t have to, but I highly recommend it. Shaking for 90 seconds creates icicles and it makes the drink even more delicious.
You can use feta, goat cheese or parmesan!
I highly recommend you do, but you can use store bought ones as well.
