Why You’ll Love Burrata Melon Salad

I don’t know about you, but I crave salads all the time during the warmer months and this salad is super refreshing. The burrata gives it that creamy touch, and the blend of flavors is epic. The combination of the watermelon, tomatoes and melon create such a perfect balance. You get that natural sweetness of the melon and watermelon. Trust me… You are going to make this salad all summer long!
