Baked Goat Cheese, Garlic Chips & Tomatoes

Baked Goat Cheese, Garlic Chips & Tomatoes… The garlic chips take it to the next level!

Ingredients 

  • 8 oz goat cheese, sliced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp crushed red peppers
  • 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • Parsley to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions 

  • Arrange the goat cheese in a baking dish and top with the tomatoes
  • Add the olive oil, honey, crushed red peppers and a bit of salt
  • Bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes
  • Slice the garlic really thin. Preheat a pan with olive oil at medium for 2 min. Turn heat to low and add in garlic. Remove when it looks lightly tan, you don’t want it to burn and get bitter
  • Top the dip with the garlic and parsley
