Why You’ll Love Miso Tahini Brown Butter
We can all agree that butter is a main character… But this one is so unique because it has such a nutty flavor and the miso and tahini add such a nice earthy flavor that makes it EPIC! Trust me, you’ll love it. You can play around with toppings, which is what I love about making butter, it’s so versatile and you can top it with anything your heart desires. I like to smear mine on a toasted piece of bread and adding some flaky salt and honey on top.
Substitutions
You can substitute the maple syrup with honey of your choice. You don’t have to fold in flaky salt if you don’t want to, but it adds that salty element and it makes it even more delicious!
